  • Club Calendars: Monthly calendars, listing our meeting dates, events, and members birthdays.
  • Club Information Book: Contains list of all our members, their contact information, addresses, phone numbers, officer lists, commitee groups, meeting dates and meeting information.
  • Monthly Bulletins: An electronic copy of our club's monthly mailer. Contains information of the past board meeting, upcoming events, birthdays, and other club news.
  • Secretary Reports: An electronic copy of our club's monthly secretary report. Contains detailed information on what was discussed at the last board meeting, and what business was completed.
  • Treasurer Reports: An electronic copy of our club's monthly treasurer report. It is a financial report of all the club's expenditures, receipts and gives a description of each. Shows the account breakdowns and club's account balances.
  • Other Documents: Brochures, flyers and articles from club functions, events and such. Club information in easy to distribute format, either by printed handout or email.

All documents on this page are password protected! You will need to know our clubs password in order to open any of these documents.
